Good vintage condition w/ light signs of normal wear. It appears there was something (fringe, trim, or perhaps a longer skirt attached to the hem) & someone seam ripped that part off. It doesn’t affect the construction or quality of the skirt at all but there are tiny threads at the bottom hem & one tiny scratch in leather at waistband. There is no brand tag attached inside but there is a material, style & size tag
